Ladies night at TPF.

apparently they charge stoopid prices for beer

dunno .. didn't seem too bad for london prices when I was there, and they had 2-for-1 happy hour, too, which went down pretty well

We booked as a group, and they stuck us in the alcovey-bits, which was annoying since we couldn't shout at each other .. but they also allowed us to install and play 3T CTF, which was cool of 'em (we took it on CD so was easy for them to just grab the server download off the net and away we went).

yes yes, bit late I know but I've been away at EL2 mashin it up and being generally out if my heed but I just saw this and wanted to say that a) the fact that it was in aid of the Breast Cancer Campaign truly 0wned as I lost my aunt to BC a few years back and its good to see something as big as Quake showing some support and b) its good to see some female gamers getting exposure. They get a rough time as it is and any support from any of the GSP's or Gaming Orgs is good stuff.

I still pop in there every few weeks. Beer isn't really expensive, £2.50 for bottled stuff. Normal for London.

Yeah, I like TPF, been there loads of times.
I also like SNS (now Silicon Rooms oddly) and been there for a few alnighters in the past.
No idea about beer prices, too pissed to notice usually. And my only problem with ladies night is I wasnt allowed to go
