L44-47 Perm XP Group to L50

If you are interested of joining a Perm XP group to L50 then u have come to the right place =)

Me L44 Warden will try to act a leader *shrugs* =))

If you are interested in about joining, email me on erik.hjelm@elev.itgymnasiet.nu with Ingame Name, Class and LvL.. you could also post here though mail to be extra sure about youre being signed up.

The xp group will probably be starting xping around 5-7 GMT if every1 is possible to do it at that time...

Well more info will come up when the team is full =)

Can't be arsed to type an email but I'd be up for it, as long as we follow the standard group format..
3 Tanks (Champ, Hero, BM)
1 Bard
1 Warden
2 Casters (pbaoe)
1 Druid

Cant be doing with a 3 man NS/Ranger tanking grp.. I need lvl 50 asap :)
Dont have Time for Deaths :p
1 NS/Ranger and 2 real tanks is fine :)

Name and lvl in Sig, on from 1pm-6am usually (gmt)

Having levelled from level 44.8 to level 50 mainly on fins and being a holder of lists, I would have the following comments on the group set up (based on fins mainly)

  1. 3rd tank spot can be a NS/ranger and the lists and groups are set up that way to help these classes level. The warden can assist with 3rd tank and any 4 mob pulls
  2. Bards can be substituted with mentalists
  3. Druids are nice but not 100% necessary, I have grouped with 2 bards before (downtime very low)

    BTW i have grouped with void rather than mana PBAOE and whilst not as effective it still does work (but use /effects self!)

    Restricting yourself to the above may mean that you cannot always form a group whereas there are valid variations. Additionally, helping rangers and NS level up helps us in RvR. No point having a realm full of level 50 characters except for our shades and rangers who are lower level.

im in but im only lvl 43. i would have lvled by now but i lost a heck of a lot of exp on the dragon raid

Claiming that you *need* pbaoe is rather short-sighted.

Yes, pbaoe is *kewl* and everything - but void does work, and your're limiting the amount of people you can take from.

My elds a lvl 44 void eld, on from 6-12pm week-days usually.

1x pbaoe and 1x aoe caster (mana ment, light ment, void eld) works just great too

I was doing fins at L44 with my warden and tanking them just fine, better then ne ns or ranger (though they are able to do the job) :p

void ae and ment ae aren't as good as pbae but are still very good, I've been the only caster alive with my L42 void eld and we still took them down quickish :)

and yes xan does suck, nuf said, peace V :cool:

Kruger - L45 Warden
Puffdaddy - L44 Druid
Keri - L46 Bard
Saryon - L45 Champ
Cligagen - L44 Eldritch

2 more tanks and a nuker is needed... Contact me in a email if you are interested...

Already spoke to u ingame about this... would love to get my NS in the group :D

As for some off the comments above about NS....

I have been in many pbaoe group recently with warden and tanks who have often been higher lvl than me... with bubble and evade I rarely get hid and so dont soak up heals... and as for holding aggro..... let me just say when all tanks were taunting the same mob(s)I was pulling aggro off tanks 1-4lvls higher than me and holding it nicely for pbaoe.

Hhhhmmmmmm, your'll find an ns will deal out far MORE damage, far QUICKER than a tank and hence quicker xp. Mobs die too quick to get hit too often, which doesnt happen anyway ....... EVADE.
Weird that people still dont understand the class.

Shame I'm too low at lvl 41, not to mention being an 'outcast' with no pbaoe :p

If anyone in the lvl 40 - 44 range is interested in something similar i'd be prepared to set it up

Yea i wouldn't mind a perma exp grp.. funny how my main spec is rg yet at 41 i find it hard to get a grp

Decent buffs and good heals.. and i'm a good healer :) as ppl i've grp'd with will know

heheh, pbae is good, we all agree on that I think, but dont think the melee classes are there just to take aggro. The mobs die from the combined efforts of all :p

I would find it difficult to sign up to most regular groups, as I only really play during the week from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. (uk time) So, if anyone else tends to be after xp about this time, please give me a /send and I'll be happy to come and stand in the way of some mobs ;)
