L337 Chanters i need help ^^

So....i began as 44 chantments 30 mana 8 light and owned PvE more than any char i've ever seen...solo..or with a bard. NF went live and juggernaut appeared and even more PvE ownage followed...shortly by my realisation that my spec 100% sucked ass for RvR....and so...45 Light 27 Mana 12 chantments became my spec, i have and still am thouroughly enjoying this spec, i like the dmg output and dont consume too much power. ofc now RvR can be a blast for me, but PvE god i am not, cant farm shite tbh.

and this morning..during the RR i began thinking...could speccing mana be THAT bad (bear in mind i have a mental thingy that makes me shudder at the thought of speccin mana).

Playstyle cant be too much diff from present..just swap spec DD for base and weak PB for stlong and ofc 15% debuff for 50%.

What i need is advice and info i wanna know what dmg output drop off im gonna see on single targets (bearing in mind i always bebuff 15% atm before nukin..well almost always) and can this loss of dmg be made up with higher RRs to be comparable to light spec, or even made up by the fact that the base DD casts faster.
Next thing i wanted to know is what am i gonna have to do to my chars template to be effective (apart from obvious cast spd) am i gonna NEED to cap intel +100 to give nice dmg?
Lastly...power consumption...atm i run around with MCL1+serenity2+Tart charge and that always seems to do me fine with current spec.

any tips, hints, info, advice 100% welcome.

ok im a bit hungover so probably shouldn't try to give too much info about dmg but, unless things have changed in the last month all the "1337 chanters" as stated are mana, its the only viable spec for a chanter, ments and elds are the ones who go light most of the time my chanter was 49 mana and er 21 light? think it was 21 to get the blue dps debuff(greater chance it'll interrupt) with the rest in enchantment.
