I saw them just outside the fort near aulitten. He told me to kill a Blodfelg and bring him a shining proof of the killing. but i'm just lvl 6!! anyone know about this guy? event or just screwed quest?

No idea what you've to give the bugger, I'm tempted to kill it actually 
I've tried giving him every piece of loot I've gotten from Blodfelags and also copper, silver and gold-pieces - nothing's happened

There are one blodfelag between the tower and vasudfaste wolfhunter or whats his name, killed him a few time only got cash drops. Hmmmm, the kobold hunter is asking for proof, something shiny. Will try giving him a few silver..

The kobie and his wolf are plain faction NPC's, gives you good wolf faction when bringing them things they ask for..
Was around running with an alt there and I killed some of the blodfelags near the little tower with the windcallers nearby there and got some silver cups, I gave the kobie the silver cups and he accepted them.. only thing I got was that the wolf wagged it's tail at me and they started to love me

I once got the wolf as a kill-task with my SB.
And I too have given the Kobold some shiny silver cups.

There is a blodfeng that patrols Huginfel, maybe him, or ther is one just before Ramarik, big for there, and to hte right of the entrance there is some house's there, watch for the dog scout tho, it's aggro and brig's a dog and this spell caster women
