Known bug?

was making some exilirs of instant mana earlier with my alchemist.. and found that i could make them with only 1 improved elixir of power instead of what the recipe said (thats is, 2 improved elixirs)

upon discovering this for myself i immediately stopped making any more. (no way do i wanna do accused of an exploit after all my hard work)

so was wondering if this is a known bug or not? if not, who should be contacted?

i made arc chain crown, and it used 2 crown patterns instead of 1 ( as it said when i SHIFT+I`d it )

theres some problem with crowns/coifs etc, not sure what thou.


i make sure i only have 1 pattern in inv for each craft, basically cos i cba to send mule to cots

iv never had that kinda problem making potions, and i make a LOT of potions - hic - ahem.
