Killer Whale vs Great White Shark

Which would win? Seriously. It would be good to put this little argument I'm having with a friend to rest. I saw a video which claimed to be a matchup between the two, but it was little more than a greeny-blue blur with the occasional white and black whale flying by...

In my head the whale wins everytime, but in my head I also end up sleeping with Vanessa Mae repeatedly, so maybe that's not the best source to rely on...

yeah im pretty sure it would be a Killer Whale which would win..., i believe in some of the fights captured/witnessed is that the Whale rips the Shark to bits

Its more likely that a Orcas (Sea Wolves) will win due to numbers - dolphins can do it, so I'd imagine they could.

I'd put my money on a mammal over a fish any day, plus killer whales also eat polar bears for breakfast and are far more manuverable; they can leap straight out of the water and land on the shark, they could attack the shark from underneath (sharks can not swim straight down) and because the killer whale is speedier it can keep harassing the fish with quick attacks and swimming off untill the shark is too worn out to fight.

The only thing killer whales kill are seals and they dont do that very often.

People can swim with killer whales...whereas you wouldnt want to swim with a great white shark!!!

I would say A great white would win 9 out of 10 times (seeing that dolphiins can kill sharks when they really need to....means a killer whale could as well)

erm...http://www.cnn.com/EARTH/9710/08/whale.vs.shark/ plus, like I said, Killer Whales eat Polar Bears and Polar Bears are the largest land mammal above the arctic circle and they (the bears) eat Humans. Also the Killer Whale is a dolphin and not actually a whale.
