If you want to get rid of estate then I think that the other poor maps should be got rid of too:-

Assault
Backalley
Italy
747
Survivor
"new" aztec - the original was infintely more fun
Tundra (oilrig & highrise are loads better)
Office (has never been fun since beta 7)
Siege
Vertigo

I doubt bw will remove any of the maps on the official rotation, if you dont like the map change server simple.
