Kicking players

How on earth do you kick players by using the remote console?

I keep trying too, but after enabling the console (I think) and typing in Admin.execremotecommand "Admin.kickplayer 3" - Nothing happens except for a number '1' appearing below the line I just typed.

What am I doing wrong?

I would recommend you forget about the console and use Battlefield1942 Remote Manager found at http://www.blackbagops.com/

Curses... foiled again...

Actually... I do.. on this very rare occasion, have admin control over the server - it's one of Barrysworlds very own - is it possible to use Blackbagops programs on a Barry server?

Yeah, you can use it on the Barry servers (it's used to admin the public ones), stick the ip / remote admin port in the space provided and connect - easy peasy.

Make sure you get the Beta one (BFRemoteManager14beta1.zip) - as the other one doesnt work with 1.4.

For reference the remote admin ip is server ip + 1000

Just to confuse matters further there is an an altenative to black bags ops remote manager there is another one called ctfe kicker its not as user freindly as blackbag ops but it has the advatage of allowing you to add to your buddylist within the manager and you can give warnings before kicking etc anyway its here if you wanna look :
