Kicked From Server

OK, one of my friends keeps getting kicked from CS servers. I sat in my server console as he joined a server, and got this...

Dropped nameless from server
Reason: Bad parse in client command

Any ideas?

this may sound daft...but check his memory is ok.

I was getting similar problems until I swapped my RAM.

Well, my theory is that his PC is sending malformed packets in some way. Its a network issue in some way. The way I read the error is my server receivs a packet from him, realises something is fucked up about it, and kicks him.

He's running through a hardware router atm, but then again, it was fine until a month ago, he's on a clean install of XP and HL/CS.

can u take a 56k to his place and test on a uk2 dial up or something to check if its puter or the hardware router?
