Well he bloody should be, they have just rolled out the biggest update since launch and it hasn't exactly gone smoothly.
If all the staff are at home GOA really are the half-assed cowboys they are making themselves seem like.
If this was happening in the company I work for people would have their jobs on the line by now.

I thought GOA would learn from the old patches but no they never learn. I remember when I bought this game for a year ago and they were patching it first they deleted my char then I had to wait like 2 days for them to patch the servers GOA is a fuckin joke. They should hire some competent people.
