Kemor: When can we expect the revamped camelot-europe site?

A site similar to the the US Camelot Herald was promised with the latest patch. When will it come? Can we expect it soon?

As it seems, the new Chronicles functionalities will not be available before the end of next week at best.

Was written 10 days ago. So I either expect them today or tomorrow or I expect to see a lot of complaints during the weekend.
