Kemor - RightNow status?

I put in a request during the weekend of the SI chaos, now knowing you where all busy and all that I didn´t expect an answer for at least 1 week, but seriously, are you guys still doing SI account problems?

Or have my request somehow been deleted? (not a game hindering issue so not really in a hurry to have it resolved), just curious as to the current status of RightNow.

I've put in several questions, and got answers within 24 hours. Well got a question in my bin from december still waiting

Hmm, log in to Right Now and look? Perhaps they already answered.

I have had a few issues resolved within 48 hrs the last week or so, so RN should work as intended.

just had a reply from a GERMAN... apparently my request became lost in their system and ended up in the german part.... and this guy only stumbled over it by coincidence.........
