I have only recently got the game and am having serious probs. The game keeps closing down and returning to the windows desktop for no apparent reason. The computer has even rebooted itself half way through a mission. As you can imagine.... VERY frustrating
At times i also get unbearable feedback out of my speakers so much so that i have to turn them off. With both of these problems the game starts out fine.... sometime i am ok for 20mins, but sometime the sound will go after 2 mins and the game will crash after 5 mins.... for example.
I also have had it where the game freezes and i get loads of horizontal lines going across the screen.
I have done as much as i can think of, reinstalled the game several times, updated gx card driver, reinstall my sound card. Do you think my gfx card could be over heating and giving up?(geforece2 mx 400) How would that effect the sound though (sounblaster 5.1). i've even reinstalled windows 98
I really am a bit stuck here.... any help people? Motherboard conflict maybe? (asus) Swap file...?

I formatted the computer (only had it a week) That sorted it out. Thanks. Got to get back to where i was now
