help needed : keep doors upgrading and repairing

I'm a bit puzzeling for upgrading and repairing keepdoors:

Say that you claim a keep

and you upgrade doors to level 5
that takes 7960 woodunits
buying 9 times 20 boards of runewood at +- 77 G total cost
buying 5 times 20 boards of ebonwood at +- 97 G total cost

But afterwards you have to repair but i don't know for how many %
Are the doors at 1/5 when you have upgraded? so do you have to repair 16 times?

16 times 3576 = 57216 woodunits
buying 60 times 20 boards of runewood at +- 518 G total cost
buying 36 times 20 boards of ebonwood at +- 700 G total cost

so in total it would cost ya
with runewood +- 595 G (69 times 20 boards runewood)
with ebonwood +- 797 G (41 times 20 boards ebonwood)

with each carrier 100 weight left to carry and 5 weight / piece wood
-> runewood 345 weight = +- 3,5 carriers
-> ebonwood 205 weight = +- 2 carriers

could someone say if this is correct pls

keep repeating - boring but prolly saves you money in the end.

I read somewhere better to /upgrade then /repair the /upgrade then /repair

Each time you upgrade it costs more per point you want to repair and you also lose about 5-10% of the door health.

cleared up my calculations a bit
