Kall - an event mob?

In barrows is a human mob called Kall, purple to 45, when you interact it says it seems he wants to speak but no words come out of his mouth, he also does a PBAOE which does no damage. I attacked him for fun and he is killable, procs for 200 and hits for 250ish. Anyone know what he is for, whether a quest, normal mob or an event mob?

Hey theres 1 that does exactly the same as what you jes said but in Hibernia..near Ardee =) called Kela or somethink near that

There is a girl, name of Kyla or some such, looks like an ethereal Paladin, standing in the first valley enroute to Llyn Barfog. When you try to speak to her she tries to speak but no words come out.

Her presence chills the air and a harmless spell effect comes from her.

Tried to cause her to do or say something last night by saying different things to her. To no effect.

Anyone got any bright ideas?

And no, lets not try and kill her -- why do people always want to kill?? This was the first reaction of 2 other people who came across her

Don't bother killing her In fact trying to can turn out to be suicidal if you're not a high lv with plenty of HPs; she has a shout PBAE attack which hurts; two hits from it and my entire group was on the verge of dying

Kela? I haven't heard of Kela .. there's Rysa who stands in the middle of the wind ghoul ruins. Where exactly is Kela?
