You can only mezz someone once then he can't be mezzed again for a certain ammount of time. Dummie

i knew that in pve just didnt know that in pvp coz i got told different quite a few times.i always thought that at first till a few people told me different.k

Mincers have SoS (speed of sound) this is 30 seconds of unbreakable speed, if mezzed rooted etc when this is active it does not take effect on them until SoS runs out - it's kindof Alphas get out of jail free card

Funny thing is wen SOS runs out u freeze solid from the root mezz etc =] unles its out 2, always makes me chuckle... then again im like that ='[
