That is just astounding. Let him out after what he has done??? The man shouldnt even be alive and he defo shouldnt be aloowed near a woman on the off chance he makes babies.
They should hack his nuts off the same way he killed people, hammer sharpened screw driver and a knife and thats just for starters.
