As a few of you know I have had a few problems, with my PC and I now know whats wrong with it.

Anyway thats not what my thread is about.
After playing CS now for sometime and only scraping the surface of BF (As my PC as poo) I would like to know about Skins etc etc for BF & DC.

Is it easy as CS? Webby links please?
I just want to torture myself, until I get my new memory (hopefully soon, so I can join in the commy nights )

Skin are bad mmkay, just like in CS

Stick with the default ones

Ummm the simple answer is no

It's not as easy to change skins as it is in CS - but not impossible. You'd have to mess around with .rfa files and the such like.

Merciless Creations made an add-on which allowed you to add new skins etc with ease. Not sure if this is compatible with 1.5 (think it may have stopped working aroun 1.3).

Although you could download Merciless (there is a 1.5 compatibel version) and re-compile your RFA's with new skins, most servers are pure these days - anything non-standard and back to menu you go.

I have two setups - one with skins for SP and a vanilla BF install for MP. Shame really as the Merciless mod didn't contain any cheats and improved many skins/sounds/affects - they also changed Market Garden to a Brits vs Nazi instead of the US. Oh well.
