Maybe they're leveling their buffbot for normal rvr and think "hey my buffbot is lvl 20-24, my current character is level 20-24, why not put them both in bg and buff my main".
Like someone else said, some people play daoc for BG1 and hence having a buffbot is as important to them as someone having buffbots in real rvr.

Don't have a 2nd comp myself, so don't tell me i'm biased or anything but be reasonable.... BG buffbot is no worse than a normal buffbot, if you play thidranki chars a lot...

no, what sucks is when people assume any and all shammys are buff-bots.

My little shammy is full cave (lvl 23, with 23cave) so i have absolutly fuck ass buff/heal ability but an AE dot that'l make your eyes well up with tears if you ever saw the dmg it does

i really hate it when people start to beg for buffs then complain with

"no i meant str/con, dex/qui"
"what you don't have them?"
"what kind of fucked up buff-bot are you?"

People that happen to have a Buff bot and they take it to BG.

People that create characters for the sole purpose or going to BG to own with a character which is perfectly suited to BG like a stealther for example.

It personal choice, I have never choosen a character just becasue I think it will own (Unlike MANY other people) I just try to play mine as best I can I liek the arms, could I do more dmg as a Pole users, yup, could I do more dmg as a chanter, yup.

So essentially having a second account for purposes of buffing or pwr lvling or whatever has fuck all to do with anybody else except the owner of the account.

I dont recall seeing many people kill buffs from a buff bot last time I checked do you??

I don't have a buffbot myself, don't care about the fact others do. THE ONES WO WHINE ABOUT BUFFBOTS ARE SHAMEFULLY BAD LOSERS. Maybe mythic also should make daoc have only one class all in all, with only one possible specc. This might satisfiy all you utter whiners.

he he i have 3 pc's on a lan with 512K Adsl i run 2 accounts one is mine the other is the girlfriends but she does not play it anymore so i now have an account free so why the hell not make characters that can help my other ones out. but i build PC's and support them for a living so i am lucky.

Lots of people complain about buffs, but i have never ever come across someone turn them down, even when i say to them the cleric is a bot and emergency rezzer.

And no i am not uber or leet, i dont even have a single lvl50 or close, i like to try all the classes and just have fun with the game.
