This is the email i sendt to goa!

Hello.

I wish to reactivate my 2nd account again now since my friend just quited the game and i therefor have no buffbot anymore.

but i have a problem. The email used to creating the account is no longer valid, so i havent recived any subscription username/password and i cant remember the old one since i cant acces the old email.

I wrote down all the info used to creating the account though, incl. cd-keys aswell as creditcard number etc.

my current email is : xxxxx same address as my primary account.

The following info was used on creating of my 2nd account:

Mental status: x
Surname: x
Firstname : x
Date of birth : x
Sex : x
Email : x
Address: x
Postcode : x
Town : x
Country : x

i can provide all other info such as name on cardholder/cdkey etc on request from you people at goa.

Hello,

As written in the EULA, it is totally forbidden to sell, lend or share an account. This account is personal.

Selling, lending or sharing you account can lead to the closing of the account. If however you do these kind of operations, European DAoC team will not have any obligation to help you if a problem occurs : Stolen password, deleted characters...

the 2nd accounts is in MY name and MY credit card so why the hell are they sending me this type of email?? this is not a hacked account, i have 2 copy's of the game 2nd was to start a buffbot myself, but since a friend of mine already had one i cancled the account and after the big "issue" about the subscription page beeing down etc etc i never bothered reactivating until now, and i get this response GAHH

any suggestions to how i can reactivate my 2nd account again?

Send them a well written reply explaining the situation. It seems to me that they misunderstood the situation, which I can quite understand since your initial email seemed a bit garbled.

argh, i see now.. what i mean is an ingame friend ( dont even know him rl ) who'm i usually RvR'd with..

Yes, that's what I was talking about. It makes it sound as if either your friend was playing on your account or you wanted to play on his. Like I said, send another email explaining it properly :)

why not just leave your friend out of it?
just say, i want to reactivate my account but old email adress etc.

To them you have an account with a BuffBot on it, which your friend shares. The actual message you said however, was that since he no longer plays the game you want to reactivate your old account.

They think you mean you want to activate his BuffBot.

You need to send a reply that they have missunderstood you. Was quite stupid in the first place to tell them about circumstances with you friend anyway, especially when it isn't necessary.

GOA are dumb, give them the slightest excuse to send a stupid answer to a problem and theyll do it.

I suggest you try again without the mentioning of the friend that quit playing. My guess is that this confused the customer support person into thinking you were trying to activate HIS account.

I think you have to give them a different e-mail address from your primary account too, they dont like 2 accounts on 1 e-mail address

My accounts are on same email and a mate of mine has 4 accounts on same email so doesn't appear to be a problem.
