As said on other place, not that bad news. His best work was ages ago and he hasn't even written anything on the lastest series.

Only thing he did good was those "big twists" into the series, but i think that's more to do with them letting him do it and not others.

The episodes written by RTD have been among the worst.
The 1-2 episodes per year written by Moffat (last years Blink for example) have been the best by a mile.
