What do you set youy fps for in this game luvs ?
I used quite a low one , 18-25 if I remember correctly, but I was thinking whilst playing BF1942 last night, if I make 50-60 fps capped (mostly) on that, which is similar in some ways, maybe I should turn the fps up on Op Flash.
Would it improve things I wonder ?

System spec is
XP 2.0+
GF4 4400 128 mb
512 ddr Ram
ISDN 64k

I have to say I've just gone with what was auto-detected. I tried turning up all the detail to max, but it required so much swap-file that my machine effectively hung.

So I won't be doing that again.

D3D !

OFP doesnt really need a high frame rate, Ive read on numerous forum posts that limiting your frame rate to about 3/4 of the slider works best. If youve got the kit.. then up your detail or more importantly LOD settings and view distance. That will give you crisper graphic textures further away. You could also consider fooling around with the D3D mipmap settings in your registry.

Also if your graphics card supports that nvidia "Digital Vibrance" control slider, try messing around with that. Youll get nicer colours in alot of games.
