Hmmmm, he is showing it of while driving on a closed course.. Why not show it off while driving on the highway? I think if its illegal to use our phone without handsfree while driving, i can see this as illegal aswell. And if you dont disconnect the airbag you bought yourself a nice big projectile mount..

ANYTHING that can cause a distraction in the car is frowned upon.
People have been cited for driving without due care and attention for changing the radio channel.

imo concentrate on driving. If you need to surf the web or take a phone call THAT much, pull over safely, do what you gotta do, put the kit away & drive on

I was driving down Euston Rd a few months back. Lorry driver in the lane next to me had an old Nokia stuck to his left ear with an elastic band round his head holding it there. Made me laugh.
