....Dreamcast, because I cannae afford a PS2 or GC etc. and the Dreamcast has sooo many AAA titles. and so I have a few questions;

Can you play "backups" without a chip?

....er, that's about all really.

Thx,

Nibbler

PS Any brilliant games to consider? On my list so far I want:

Crazy Taxi 2
Soul Calibur
Shenmue 1/2
Jet Set Radio
Sonic Adventure

69.99 for DC, Jet Set Radio and Sonic adventure. Wish that £42 thing was still around. I've searched high and low and this is the best (first hand) deal i can find. I can still cancel, but d'ya think its a good offer?

JSR is great :/

Yes, you can play backups without a chip, with bootable burns or utopia, as I recall.

Any self respecting gamer should own a DC.

And, yes, you can play backups without chipping.;)

But, and this is important, you must own the orginals.:p

sounds like a good deal LN, you'll need to buy a memory card (VMU) too cos saving is useful :D does that deal come with a second joypad btw?

Good tip. Try imprting an ASCII fighting pad or two. They are quite like the old Megadrive pads but with six normal buttons (no shoulder ones) and the rumble built in. Very responsive :)

for your backup games, you can use a boot cd, and that works for everything, but the majority of games you download (with a future plan to buy, of course) you burn using discjuggler. these are selfbooting. which is good because the bootcd is bloody annoying and a hassle.

IT STILL HASN'T COME!

I rang 'em up yesterday and 'Dean' said: 'I don't know what the problem is but we should be despatching one in the next few days'

Yes please. And I got 4 games through your guy t'other day: Crazy Taxi 2, Soul Calibur, Marvel Vs Capcom 2 and Virtua Tennis 2. And yes, it is a crappy service, but i aint cancelling, cause it's the cheapest deal i could find and ordering from some other place will probably prolong the delay.
