When you buy an item you see the new stats.

So heads up everyone!

Might be wrong but i think you are supposed to do /listmerchant again to take care of this. I know there was something important about executing the command again after the patch anyway.

Yes, if someone who couldn't afford an item clicked BUY anyway, the
item disappeared off the explorer.
