Just a quick note regarding the randomly generated items dropping as loot in Atlantis. As you may know already, Mythic re-evaluated this system as part of the patch 1.68 and changed the nature of some of the bonus given to the objects generated randomly, making some of them less powerful overall.<p>

In order to avoid having one of the items you could find tuned down at a later date, we decided to apply some parts of these changes on the European servers. Starting today, the randomly generated items (and only them) will no longer have the attack speed bonus (spells, melee or archery), damage bonus (spells, melee or archery) or range bonus (spells or archery). These items will of course still receive their full utility value, using various other bonuses available.<br>

This change will reduce the number of items that will be affected once we patch to 1.68.<p>


Also a note, these changes do not affect named items, artefacts and other special loot designed by the development team.<p>

Wont say if its good or bad but atleast we dont have the problem with these then when the changes come. And posted this because saw people talking about rog's and that those are not that good because they dont have +% in em. :)
