its a celerity proc, very very nice, though it wont get hit all that often as its boots, however the stats are pretty nice too.

I had a 1h sword for 5p on cm that sold afew days ago mp stats were like

19 STR
5% BODY
6% THRUST
36HP

+9 STR CAP

Nice ... but @ 3.4 speed too fast for a mainhand bm wep and only really usable by a lw/cs hybrid tank .

But i found in messing about with it as 1h in rvr i missed slam alot as it was a rog altho mp .... so i cba using if it made me miss slam in rvr etc ...

Id say worth 1p max

nope.. but 2 celerity items = double the chance you have 30% haste and it does prolong the proc.. so if you have celerity on for 20 seconds.. and the boots proc.. you are back up to 1 minute

stats arent very amazing and proc chance on boots is very small, you should be really happy with the offer you have gotten tbh
