Linux is still not supported although some have managed to get it working through WINE.

Too many nasty cancers out there, Pancreatic, Prostate etc virtually 100% mortality rate for those.

signed up... just wondering... is 100% CPU usage for long periods of time going to have a detremental effect on it's lifespan?!

Not as long as its cooled properly.

57.5ºC under load i.e. UD running for 4 hours straight.... Athlon XP 2000.. Case temp 35ºC underload... that sound OK?

AMD list the maximum temp as 90º but that seems pretty high heh!

As long as you computer runs fine at that temp then yes, although I would personally never like a temp above 50

runs like a charm... I've had it running at 46ºC with all my fans on full but as I've mentioned in previous posts... silence is golden
