WANTED RvR EXPERT TO LEAD ARMY.

Looking at most threads it seems we need some ppl who can lead us in emain. If u think u can take charge plz post a little msg with ur info/exp in this field

I'm sure anyone who offers to do this will get much respect. I think some tactics might turn the game around for albion.

Seriously, if ppl want a leader, they should learn to follow... The biggest problem is that once a leader is appointed (for a raid), there are always ppl that say "who the fuk is that guy" or better yet, THEY try to lead the raid...

As for the leaders, the biggest problem I've seen so far is information towards the followers... Nothing happens for 30 minutes and people start doing 'other stuff', and if you do nothing for an hour you probably lost 50% of your army... Most of the time this is due to lack of information...

The leader knows what he wants to do, several other ppl know what they want to do, but 70% of the army has no clue why they are freezing their balls of in for example Odin's Gate... Or why their standing still for an hour at the mill in Emain...

How bout we all start making chat grps I mean surely thats what there their for, We need to keep the comunication moving. at least then ppl will have some clue whats going on.

i got self convidence that much that i KNOW i can do it.

I just need All to agreed it though.

Im mad enough to do it, and i can talk to to peeps , we have to share the info among us, take the good parts out of it, and also make small advice team, so we can learn from our mistakes and also look the positive things from the attack.

And put some adrenaline in it!!

but 1st things r the listening, understanding, make by the plan, get the advance out of the characters and grouping, the list is endless, and with out talking, and listening we cant do it...

AND there has to be LEADERS that control certain areas in attack/realm/defence/mids/hibs/alb


it WILL take time but we have to start from somewhere!!!!

learn by mistakes by not doing them again!!!

Gotta agree with you Icy

Ive followed "leaders" in raids etc. I may not have agreed with there tactics or liked there style but once a leader for a particular event is selected I follow. Would never dream of doing /s "wtf etc etc" or even /s "a contracdiction". Might moan to my ever present sidekick though

As you said though communication is king doing a /y doesnt feed through to a whole army.
