JK3 crashes

anyone else find it crashes alot? ive had to restart my comp more then 10 times now ;/

Nope, no problems for me.

Although my dedicated server never seems to still be on when I come back to it :/

Yes, my dedicated server crashes after sometime of inactivity.

I have had it playing for many hours with other people, so it only seems to crash after not being used for a while

I'm using the Windows Dedicated server.

Is your PC going into some kind of powersave or something?

If not, expect a patch or something soon

Only a screensaver on a Win2k machine.

They already updated the linux version, so maybe they're working on a win update too.

I havent played online yet, but I've never had any problems with JKA crashing...

Whats your OS status?

Server's fine, windows 2000.

Says it's geneating a error log, but there's no sign of it in event viewer, where on earth has windows logged it?

yeah it is maybe it was buggered or somet but ive took it back anyway kinda put me off the game tbh ;/

Try turning forcefeed off in the control section. I had one crash, turned it off and I have been fine ever since.

Sissyfoo, can you be more specific? in the config file? what's it called exsactly, does it use set, seta etc.

Is it not in the controls section under "Other" with the Mouse settings?
