So being an insomniac I was wandering around the T1 area on my little marauder...couple of mobs not spawning so just bugged them. Had a response within less than 10 mins. At 4:30am! Someone is earning his wages....

yes, the CSR is just one person that never sleeps

Shouldn't just be for the first few weeks.
24/7 CSR was/is one of GOAs promises regarding the service level.

Yeah the CSR's are doing nice work to be honest!
Got one within 10 minutes as well and answered my questions perfectly. So very pleased with that.

Alledgedly, the CSR team has been working their 24/7 shift pattern since about a week before the HS in preparation.... good work if you are getting fast responses

guiness is the only beer i know that after 3 pints makes me hug the toilet.

on the other hand, when you consider how troubled the OB was, the game launch was bloody smooth for a game of this size.

seems all the lessons learned in the OB made it possible for GOA to debug their system very nicely.

i reported a bug randomly for the heck of it, within 10mins they contacted me and required more information on it and stuff, it was cool @@

Gratz, but if u try and get a response between 6pm->12 it takes 24 hours.

i had a csr turn up in 9 minutes (yes i was counting it) at about 8.15pm

bet they'll be in teams working 4 different shifts, something like :

9am-5pm
2pm-10pm
6pm-2am
midnight-10am

Well this bodes well for GOA its nice to see that support is high on their agenda... although it would be nice if they kept people informed more on their website.

E.g. did anyone notice the account login wasn't working yesterday off the main site?

GOA moved their customer support department to Dublin in its entirety just to provide 24 hour support for WAR; French labour laws would have made it impossible to back home. Kudos to them for making the effort, since it seems to have paid off.
