Jedi Knight II or Dungeon Siege ?

I spend too much time playing my favourite MMOG, I need a distraction, which one would you choose - Jedi Knight II or Dungeon Siege ? I'm already convinced I'll like either game but I don't have the time to play both

Either that or going back and playing Baldurs Gate II all the way through.

JK2 has a high learning curve, at least that is what people are telling me.

JKII is a cracking game. IMO the best this year. Not easy to master, needing access to a lot of keys to effectively control your force powers. But if is was easy, it would be boring wouldn't it?
Peeps are saying the single player is pants, but mp is where it comes into it's own. If u like fast action, fps games, then get it!

JKII = Poo to begin with, its just quake with lasers, which are fecking annoying due to the none instant hits. Apparently it gets much better as you go along though so I'll persevere with it.

Dungeon Siege, smashing game, not played too far into it yet but the graphics are awesome. Its diablo meets baldurs gate with a true 3d engine added. Spinky.

I can't wait for neverwinter nights myself, thats gonna kick some arse bigtime.

I really like JKII its a mint game.

It does take a while to get used to especially when trying to learn how to use the sabre.

I suggest you do single player before multi player to get a feel of the game

The MP side of things is really cool as well

I'm playing through JK2 atm, still in the initial stages (lvl 2 actually), but nothing beats shooting 7 shades of shit out of successive waves of Stormtroopers

Gonna get DS when it's released, but Trebz hit the nail on the proverbial head. NeverWinter Nights.

It is our new religion.

I'm slowly getting discouraged with DS, I didn't really like the constant hack and slash of Diablo, so it depends whether it is closer to Baldur's Gate or not, got to do some more investigating.

I like Quake3, and even if JK2 is Q3 with Light Sabres then that's a ++ IMO.

I'm going for DS as Baldurs was a little heavy for me I'm more 'get in there and start fragging'. Hence why I like JK2. Completed it the other day on Padawan level just to make sure I know where I'm going but I'm doing it again on Jedi. I love when you get the sabers locked in a battle!!

It makes the "hard" less so.
