CoC violation?
Thank you for your report.
Please bare in mind that even though we take the community at heart and we will enforce our CoC/EulA harshly, no written rules were broken here. By being the battlegroup treasurer this person had "rights" to these items. It is off course "normal" to then lotto these items among the battlegroup members however this is an unwritten rule that will have to be "enforced" by the community and will not be enforced by us.
I realise the events of that evening as well as this answer are frustrating and I hope you will understand.
Yours sincerely,

I think jarvio and shadow are nobs for what they have done - but what you are doing back to them is just as bad. I can see why these servers are dying - and i hope that you are all happy when there is just a handful of you so called 'community' people left fighting each other.

Dafft said:No not really, but if you feel like being childish go ahead and add me to the list, as I said I really couldnt care less if you lot feel like sending random PM's & emotes
Dimse Dut said:I wont be childish about it but I will say that though you might defend your guildy here on FH there is realy no exuse for his actions. I might be wrong but I cant se you saying Sorry anywhere.. You ask the Albion Community to act mature and with reason..it actually is. How else can a community show that it does NOT condone that kind of behaviour. Granted Offensive Pm's and/or Emotes should NOT be among the way we show it. I have waved to him every time I have seen him and made sure that people around me knew that he was in the area.
IF it had been a Woopsy on his part then he could have lottoed the loot regardless of his post but no he chose not to and now he is paying for it.
I have been Guildmaster of Uranicus Phalanx for almost 4 years and I know that sometimes a guildmaster is forced into a situation where he/she has to be able to distinguish between what is best for the guild in the long run and what is good for the individual player. Sometimes these two dont go hand in hand. As a "fellow" Guildmaster I think your doing your Guild a Bad favor by not profiling more clearly the guilds stand on this issue.
