Hi, :x was sitting stealthed on a road last night and a bard ran past with a mincer chasing him.... seems harmless? the only thing that really got me is... bard was sprinting+speed(was twisting thats how i know the bard was sprinting) and Jadaar was actually moving faster than the bard.... how? same speed could understand... but faster than someone with bard speed+sprint? not possible?

aye i know that... same speed+sprint... but what i'm saying is if they both had speed on.. and both sprinting.. the bard wouldnt have got away and jadaar wouldnt have caught the bard... but jadaar caught the bard while bard was sprinting+speed

meybe he was in combat or smt?

Maybe he wasn't even specced for 'Clear Horizon' (the last speed for a Bard).
Yet the Minstrel was specced full instruments?

Maybe the Bard was in combat, and was moving slower?

Maybe then the minstrel sprinted+speed?

Disease or being slightly enc are both common reasons...

Aww a whine thread just for ickle me, I often run down bards, there are 3 easy tips for running down bards,

1) sprint, get end from item + pots + bountygems
2) twist mach5 and mez em while running after em at mach 5+sprint
3) know the terrain and cut corners till they get into range, following someone you'll generally always catch em unles they are faster cos they have to turn for the terrain.

And i'll happily assure you that i don't use hax or cheat in any form. As an EnE i get checked regularly by goa so i if i was i'd have be jumped on way before now.

In this particlar instance though i'm fairly sure that he was sosing away from me and I was chasing at mach5+sprint
