Im working in a friend Healer template and i think this item can be interesting. Anyone can tell me if that arti can be activated by a healer.

Alb clerics, hib druids can, so i think healers might be able to.

If its not posible, maybe this is a bug GOA must know.

yes they can activate it but they dont get the power charge, they get the groupheal charge.

Then healer jacina's sash is same stats and another insta heal to the healers?
