Since i came bk and playing i little i have seen some wyrd ,, improvements ''
does anybody go out without all iwin toys up ?
Cause i usually play in the mornings when no 8 man archer zaergs out / and in these last 3 days i met certain warriors that will not go out without wh som up + warguard etc plus other classes. same goes for asassins i understand w8ing for purge but rr5 running away for a rr9 is that such a prob ?
i remmber myself trying as a rr3 to fight higher ones .

is everyone afraid they lose money when they die something cause its funny to see ppl hide and w8 for all timers up ?

Actually a level 37 paladin pm'd me asking for PL and i told him to come to Snow ( i had to give step by step instructions) then i took him out RvR hehe but he was too scared to come out coz he thought he would lose all of his armour ( like in runescape ) hehe it was funny :0 i dinged him 38! its just nice to see new people here!!

high RR assasins like to Instant dump everything on someone.. remedy purge bla bla bla bla even if they get Pa of.
that skald is the worst
alikz or someone.. he comes to them duel circle things but doesnt fight u unless WH and SoM 2 is up and even then he strafes like a complete reject.

you dont get many peeps who play the retard modes who will "not" use their "retard I winz" on the grounds the fight will be closer to the point they might loose...

but then again most of the peeps who play the retard I win classes, dont play for a challenge, they play for "I winz"

When I did my first few runs as a rr0 hunter about 6 months ago, I thought the same thing, was getting valks and armsmen insta wargaurding and blowing everything... pretty much every caster I attacked insta moc'd...

I guess thats just the way it is... I think if you attack and they insta dump some random ability before its even apparent they need to use it... just kite. you have the tools to do that as an assasin for sure.

Depends if poisonspike and SoM/celerity and end regen counts as iwin toys. I only have Purge1, shield of war and bludgeon as other abilities but I never wait for those to be up.

Oh and if I meet someone lower RR/who appears to be squishy I usually don't use any abilities and sometimes don't even cycle weapons, depends how they perform of course

had lots toys on valk.. got to the point where it was very little challenge with toys up.... last time i played excal ran with celerity/haste charges up.. 3.5 speed wpn.. swing rate was insane....didnt need any other toys...


ofc the new dragon wpns will be the next fotm... running on kay with valk/dragon spear.. celerity procc/abs debuff.. easy mode.. even for low rr

stack 2 defensive artifacts
use ip+purge in same fight
use warguard+ip+(purge) in same fight
use buffbot timered reactive buffs/resists
add on 1on1's

win against maulers, win against more opponents than 1, manage to get away from the dyvet exclusive holy realm point adders, gets more than 6k rps/hour @ primetime.

The fact that as a soloer u will not be able to kill one single person on primetime @ dyvet since u will _always_ have adds its better to go out every 10-15mins, save some emo rage/have all toys up and be able to kill the 2-3 fucktards that _always_ pops on you. This will eventually be more worth for the rpfarm than going out instantly after every death.

Its really bad for the poor sods who comes out meet a beefed to the teeth char and get ass handed to them but who to blame really?

Only things i have is Som , MS and winged helm on my warrior. Other than that all i got is cl heals and a dot.

I prefer using WH for the speed if people try zerg me. Much nicer since i have no BB and is a pain to get a rebuff sometimes.

Plus im battlemaster spec. No dumping on my part on anyone.

Thing is sometimes you got stuff up from a previous fight, like fight a high RR assasin with SoM already up and you had to stack WH then 2 min later you get a fight with some low RR which has no chance of beating you even without SoM and WH up, in situations like that I wont bother to attack them anyway or if they attack me I'll leave them at 5% if they never screwed over one of my fights.
But then again when I fight someone 1v1 I expect them to use everything they have to take me down and someone of equal RR or above should be able to deal with the stuff you "dump" anyway so that's why I normally leave lower RR's be and fight till the end vs higher or equal RR.

i dont mnd ppl dumping on my inf, usually have something that i can use to get away and kill them later then. On the other hand i dont mind dumping all my stuff in 1 fight if it means i win, but it is not that wise since it means that i will most likely loose my next fight. So in that light i try to spread my abilities out a little so that i always got something up that can turn stuff around for me.
The longer i can keep running before /rel rebuff etc, the more fight and rp's i get.

It's not really roleplay, lots of online games have different systems such as UO, where everything on your character that isn't 'insured' is lost when you die and others can loot it. Advanced form of griefing but opens new ways of playing, i.e. pve rewards in pvp zones and people can kill others for them at risk of becoming a murderer and being exiled from towns.
