After 37 years of not winning anything, i won VIP tickets to the leeds festival, now i have won something else.
CONGRATULATIONS
You are our lucky winners in the recent 'Behind the scenes with the Kaiser Chiefs' competition, run in conjunction with O2 Music.
This means that on Wednesday 19th October 2005, you and your guest will head to Leeds Town Hall to see the Kaiser Chiefs perform a live sound check performance.
As per the conditions of this competition, proceedings will be very Rock ‘n’ Roll. The sound check starts at around 16:30 (so you need to be there for 16:15), and will go on for about 20 - 30 minutes. There will be the usual tuning, testing of mic's and gear, and a run through of some of the bands tracks. You might also get the chance to meet the band and get a few things signed; although as with all things rock ‘n’ roll we can’t strictly guarantee it.
Your name, and the name of the guest you supplied on your competition entry form will be on the door at the venue (I will confirm via another email tomorrow if this is the main door or stage door). Please ensure you take along your O2 pass as proof of ID to ensure you gain entry as security is bound to be tight.

If you have any queries or questions regarding your prize, please reply to the O2 UK Internal Communications mailbox and either myself or one of the Internal Comms Team will get back to you ASAP.
This includes changes to guests names or you no longer being able to attend. If this is the case please advise us ASAP so we can allocate the prize to someone else. The competition was really popular & generated a lot of entries, so it would be a shame if another true Kaiser Chief fan missed out on this great opportunity.
