Oi Oi
Thanx for replying to me msg, my PC specs are:
Windows XP proffesional
AMD Athlon 799 MGH 128 mb ram, NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 Model 64/ Model 64 Pro
MOHAA has work fine in single player. Last night i played MOHAA on a Blueyonder server and my ping was 50-100, the highest i got was 200. But when i connet to a normal server my ping shoots up to 700-900.
Oh and by the way ive got an Alcatel Boradband Modem and i updated my driver to the newst version.

Ok hate to say this but your pc specs will not help.

Also apparently BT doing some work on there network that will be causing you a lot of problems as far as connection is concerned.

On ADSL modem from UK connected to BW server anything higher than 70ms ping I would think is not right. I am not BT customer Im ntl but have 2 clan members that are and there ping rarely above 50 on BW so I think the combination of BT upgrades and computer spec got a lot to do with it.

In answer to what can you reduce to lower it. turn off anything else that is using your PC processing power. If you have msn messenger Icq Game spy etc turn it all off. Game spy has option to close when you enter a game I suggest you use the option.

Also you may not like this option but on low spec machine and sorry but yours is you need to go for low detail option.
Choose very low detail and game will run smoother and ping will come down as your pc will not have to process as much information.

Of course the best thing to do ultimatly is upgrade but not everyone can afford to do that. My advice however would be until you have stop buying games and put your money away to save for upgrade.

With Windows XP and 128MB of RAM, you don't have a prayer m8.

XP for gaming, really needs 512MB RAM to perform properly.
That's your biggest problem. Get more RAM, and I'm sure your problems will be solved.
