It's a good game - it was a weird change from CS, but good none the less.

Yeah those Shrikes are a bitch to learn to fly. Good once you get the hang of it though. :)

Welcome btw. :)

if you are haveing trouble flying vehicles put on the invert y axis in vehicles (options somewhere). Makes it a lot easier...

I found reverse axis ok until I had to think quickly, then I dived into the ground instead of pulling up - doh.

YUP!
I've done that :)

All it takes it practise, and you get there in the end.

thing is, when i first switched over to invert, i was already used to normal... so i had to re-learn how to pilot.

heh I remember that from [waaaay back] Privateer2 :)
first time you swap the axis you get creamed by everything lol

I'm gonna stick to ground-based transport - can't fall out, and don't end up looking such a twat as you crash into a hill.

i usually use a grav bike more than a shrike anyway, can avoid msls better and is more stealthy

the only major prob I'm having right now is that while "in the thick of things" I seem to like dropping grenades at my feet as opposed to throwing them toward the enemy :(
my fault entirely of course, but it's frustrating 'till I manage to kick the habit :D

There are scripts out there that allow you to throw grenades max distance at the press of a button.

Best bet is "PJ All in one" script found Here
