Not sure if this is common knowledge yet but it looks like Sky are testing ITV at last.
You can set it up by going to Service > System Setup > Add New Channels, then input the following:
FREQ 10.832: POL H: SR 22.0, FEC: 5/6
FREQ 10.891: POL H: SR 22.0, FEC: 5/6
FREQ 10.906: POL V: SR 22.0, FEC: 5/6
Channel Codes =
R1 - Carlton Television
R2 - Anglia Television
R3 - Central Television
R4 - HTV
R5 - Meridian Television
R6 - West Country
R7 - Granada Television
R8 - Border
R9 - Yorkshire Television
R10 - Tyne Tees
R11 - UTV
R12 - Channel (Curently showing Meridian)
R13 - Grampian TV
R14 - Border
R15 - Scottish TV
R16 - HTV Welsh
Then all you have to do is go to Services > Other Channels to watch
