Wondering if any of u template whizzes can come up with something that fits this criteria as im Stumped ><

This is for a Blades Ns btw

101 STR
80+DEX
80+CON
49 ODD QUI
350+hp
10% to all 3 melee bonuses
+11 cs/cd/stealth/Blades
25% slash/thrust/crush/heat/body resists and rest 10-15%


Had a go using Malice mainhand+champ offhand but can only manage +8 cd 8% melee spd etc

Items i have to play with atm are

Gov <chest>
Ms <hands>
Malice mainhand
Champ offhand
Kracken tentacle belt
Zahurs bracer
Ring of the heavens
Ring of deranged will
Jewel of the dreadstalker
+more random stuff

Hate to sound lazy but ive hit a brick wall on this one , also wanted to fit on RoD but getting frustrated , all help appreciated <3

I can understand templates with low dex for a blades light tank etc , but for a ns u really need 350+ dex /250 qui to cap evade , atm with 80 dex on temp my elph gets 365 dex 250 qui and tbh i aint at all that impressed with evade , but its ok i guess

And yea thats what i want , i can get all the above with rod on template +370 hp but only +8% melee spd +8 cd , want 10% and +11 tho ><
