Quiet day at work. In between routine stuff mostly been reading forums and getting feedback from our guys that have CE. Aside from queing issues, looking like a smooth start to WAR mostly.

I'm really bloody worried about the amount of queues I'm hearing about from people with the CE, I don't want to have to queue for hours in a new game, that's bollocks.

Actually I feel more sorry for the CE people today than those of us joining tomorow given that they paid twice as much as the rest of us. To reflect this, GOA should up the population caps sooner rather than later.

Aye, I was thinking something similar, it seems more that the CE players, the people who shelled out the extra cash, are the guinea pigs.
Also, one afternoon ahead of SE pre orders hardly seems much of a head start.

Half of FH went on the same server, seriously it was always going to be bad because of that. Probably would have been fine if they didn't cap the server population but stress wise it wouldn't be clever to have a huge cap.

The servers, at least the US servers, are capped at 1/3 capacity, obviously in an attempt to spread people around. VN Boards - Our Initial Server Deployment Plan
So we can expect things to get better at least

Relaxing while waiting for tomorrow. It's been since DAOC days I had this eagerness to play, and I know I'll have few chances to relax starting tomorrow so better to relax now

Shopping, playing xbox 360, watching tv and all the other things life has to offer, seriously it's almost here but for those of you who will do their best not to move from the PC for 12-15 hours straight just don't forget to eat/drink and pee ok?

aha you should plan like me. I've got 40 bags of crisps and 9 ltrs of coke in my computer desk drawer, and I've cunningly worked a bucket into my chair seat so I can sit and play with no trousers on and just let nature take its course without interrupting my play.
