I'm sure some of you read Penny Arcade and if you don't, what the hell is wrong with you?
Anyway, for the past 2 years they have been running a Charity each Christmas called Child's Play which collects money and gifts for Children's Hospitals. Go to the site, click on a hospital and it'll take you to a Amazon wish list from which you can buy gaming related goodies for all the sick kids.
At first it was just one Children's Hospital in Seattle, then last year they extended that to quite a few more across the US.
This year is the first year that they have managed to affliate themselves with a UK Children's Hospital, namely Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool.
This isn't a call to arms to donate tons of money or buy gifts. I just thought I'd mention the Charity so people who don't know it exists can ...... well, you know ...... know it exists
Merry Christmas
