Item with + to cast speed and power pool

Hello,

Im looking for an item that gives +2 to cast speed and around +6% to power

would like it in the chest, legs, hands feet or shield(small) slot.

does anyone have anything available?

I cant check allakhazam for names atm as its dead, but the seer magma shield will do it. Also a hauberk that would help drops for the ML2 boss runihura and ml3's medusa.

would appreciate any help
