Same in Dubai, If its not Idian's celebrating Diwali it's some Eid holiday or other. Basically had fireworks since mid sept.

Airshow on at the moment so that seems to be keeping the natives happy noise wise.

actually in DK all "Bang" fireworks are compleatly banned and illegal. "firecrackers" "bangs in the sky is ok".

Tis much forbiden, and tis illegal to sell, yet oddly enough sooo easy to get a hold off if you wish.

I'd definitely be in favour of some way of stopping kids getting hold of fireworks. I have no problem with Guy Fawkes night, or Diwali, but what really irks me are the kids who let em off in the street, or throw bangers around.
