yesyes, I'm well aware that teh moan0rs will dispair of the coming influx of snow!!!!!!111three threads, but bear with me this once:

this morning when I finally levered myself out of bed, into the shower and out the door the world had changed into a pristine place of magic whiteness, with big dollops of frozen water drifting slowly down into my courtyard in the morning silence. there's hardly any wind, so no blustering about and the roads are still too warm for it to settle. pity that, I'd like it to be a meter high by the time I go home...what a magical place the world would be then
