'they' are making me do things while I'm supposed to be doing other things. because they're slightly more important than the project blokes I was supposed to be working for they win and my lovely balanced schedule gets shafted as I have to bump scheduled work to another date thus screwing someone else. it's called "being flexible" iirc.
