Isnt Scepter Insta pop?

nope not insta pop can take 40 mins to pop,

its usually 5-15 mins though

I've waited over 2 hours for it to repop on occasions - I guess it insta repopped once for someone in US and got put on VoS without correction.

dont believe what you read on vos, most of it is outdated (even by our patch) theres a tip i put there for ml5 that not only doesnt work any more but does quite a lot of hard if you try.
