Hello

I currently have adsl but I am moving house to a non adsl area :(. I don't really want to go back to 56k modem, I would rather have 64k ISDN access.

How much in total [install, montly rental, isp, hardware] will this cost me and who are the best isp's for isdn?

ISDN/HomeHighway Install fee: £75

per quarter it's nearly £60 line rental (thats 3 months!) so something like £20 per month line rental. (i dont know if this is correct or not, it works out slightly cheaper than ADSL now with the price drops and BT Together)

ISPs, i cant offer much advice.

when you get HomeHighway now, the box comes with a USB-based TA (terminal Adaptor) already built-in, but its always advisable to get a PCI-based card.
Best card is the Asuscom Terminal Adaptor, available from solwise labelled as "P-IN100-ST-D"
its close to £30 inc. VAT and P&P
been highly rated as an excellent card since Quakeworld and the first "low-cost" ISDN 2e installs that happened back then.

I used to use 0800dial, 60/70 pings in CS to BW, and its unmetered.
