Has anyone had more than usual trouble with an ISDN(BT H/H) connected to AOL.
Earlier this year, on a 56k modem, I was getting connection speeds of 45000-48000bps, then it dropped to 36000 about 2 months ago.
I had a Home Highway installation carried out today and it now connects at 14400. I tried another ISP and connected at 64000 as expected
But the biggest beef of all is that my system disconnects ALL THE TIME!!! at anything from 2 mins to 15 mins. The disconnection code is always the same ""41" temporary failure"
Please help as I'm paying about £15.00 per month for unlimited access and want to know whether to carry on with it or change my ISP.
